We appreciate you!

I just got these pictures from Aunt Colleen and wanted to share them. They have babysat the boys quite a few times for us and we appreciate it sooo much! Unfortunately Aunt Colleen didn't get in any of the pictures but Uncle Terry and cousin Ali are. The boys love their time with them and feel at home in their house. Thanks so much guys for all your love for the boys!

WE WANT OUR PAPA!

Grandma went to Jamaica with her sisters while Papa came to St. Peter. We were so happy to have him and he definitely was a huge help for me (Tim was in Chicago all week). We had the sitter come three mornings so Papa and I could hit the gym together. Papa drove CT to school and picked him up. Afterwards he would take ALL 3 OF THEM to lunch and out to different places to play. I couldn't believe that he was brave enough to take all of them. He is 100% a hands-on Papa. We went bowling on Saturday afternoon as well. We picked Grandma and Aunt Debbie up from the airport on Saturday so we were able to see them for one night and play Xbox together.
Thanks Dad so much for your help and your energy!!! We love you very much and can't wait to see you in a few weeks!

Rest, Relaxation, and SNOWSHOES!

Tim and I were finally able to escape and have a "second honeymoon". It was my Christmas present from Tim to stay at the Grand Superior Resort in Castle Danger, MN. It was absolutely amazing and exactly what the doctor ordered. We had wonderful meals, much needed naps, and tons of snowshoeing. We were right next to the Gooseberry Park and enjoyed the outdoors Friday and Saturday. They got about 14 inches of snow while we were there - absolutely beautiful. We also visited the Split Rock Lighthouse and walked through the museum.
We can't wait to go back again - fall, winter, spring, or summer!
Tim and I want to thank NAMA very much for spending the weekend with the boys so we could get away. They had a wonderful time with her and were able to play with cousins on Saturday. We were very happy to see them and get those giant hugs again.
Thanks to my thoughtful husband for the trip, for reconnecting with me, and for showing me a new sport! I absolutely loved every minute of it!

FYI - the last picture is our bartender at the ICE BAR at our resort. The shot glasses were made from ice, as well as the benches, bar, and tables. AWESOME!!
