Count Your Blessings

ONE

EXTRAORDINARY MEASURES

DON'T HOPE FOR A MIRACLE. MAKE ONE.

If you need a reality check about how wonderful your life is, I suggest you watch this movie. Imagine having two children with a fatal disease and having $40 thousand dollars in medical bills EACH month!

I think we can handle hernia surgery or tubes for their ears. Tim and I thank our lucky stars that we have THREE beautiful, healthy sons that have very bright futures ahead of them. We may be tired and wore out at the end of the day BUT we get to hug and kiss our kids and put them to bed with no worries about what tomorrow will hold.

On Sunday our church family lay hands on Max and Lincoln while Father Paul said a nice prayer for their health and safety during their procedure on Wednesday. We are very fortunate to have such a supportive parish. Tim's mom will be staying with Charlie while the boys have their surgeries and we are grateful for her help. He is a very sensitive lil boy these days and worries about his brothers when they are sick etc. It will be great to know that he is having a great time with Nama and not worrying about his babies.
