Charlie's Second Home

Charlie left for the Hills on Wednesday to be with his Auntie Mary for her birthday (24 this year). It was a fun-filled weekend, except for all the rain showers in the afternoons. We were able to do some fun things with all of the kids, including a trip to Keystone, see our new bundles of joy Sophia and Kyra, visit the Old MacDonald petting farm, and as always play @ Papa and Nana's. Charlie is so blessed to have cousins so close in age. They all help each other learn new things. For example, Mak taught Charlie how to tell Momma "no" and Charlie tried to show Mak how to eat in a cleaner way but Mak didn't listen (sorry Mary). Izzy was watching Charlie walk but wasn't sure she was ready to leave the furniture just yet. I'm sure down the road Sophie and Kyra will be chasing each other as well.

"In family life, love is the oil that eases friction, the cement that binds closer together, and the music that brings harmony."
