TINA PILE!
It was different than any other day because I got to look pretty for a few hours! And that included my new beautiful earrings from my husband and sons. Thank you so much for the huge breakfast, flowers, diamonds, and snuggles!
To all the mothers out there awaiting the birth of their child, to the mothers who have lost a child, to the mothers who are snuggling their children now, to the mothers awaiting to carry a child in their wombs, and to all the mothers that haven't yet decided to have children, you are all special, deserving, and loving women. Celebrate your accomplishments (nursing twins for 7.5 months!) and smile. Know that tomorrow is another day and our children are the greatest gifts that we will ever receive.
Peace, Love, and Happiness to all my fellow Mothers!
Max and Momma
There is no place more comfy to watch a movie
CT enjoying b-day candy and snuggles
Still can't believe I carried these two for 37 wks!
Max will grab anything in his path - Mom's hair, glasses, nose whatever!
A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden, fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity; when friends who rejoice with us in our sunshine desert us; when trouble thickens around us, still will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts and counsels to dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts. ~Washington Irving

On May 7, 2007 Charles Timothy joined his father and I, making us a family. We won't ever forget the moment he looked into our eyes. When Tim went over to him as they were wiping him off, Charlie was screaming and kicking his legs rapidly. Dad said to him "Hi Char its me Daddy" and Charlie immediately looked at his Dad and stopped crying. Moments like these we hold close to our hearts and remember on every anniversary of his birth. He is one of a kind and a little boy after his Momma's heart.
His birthday celebrations starting with him and Dad brewing Root Beer for his big party. Then we had ice cream and presents at DQ on his actual birthday with his brothers and Aunt Tina. On Saturday we had Charlie's first kid party which was a complete success (15 children attending with parents in tow). He was missing a few very important friends (Izzy, Soph, Mak, and Kyra) but plans to celebrate with them at a later date. Grandma and Papa along with Uncle Gabe and Kyra will see him in Sioux Falls to continue the partying on Friday night.
Charles T. you light up my life and help me get out of bed every day. You are a parent's dream come true and you will always have Daddy and I by your side. We love watching you learn new things, change everyday, and especially love watching you be the best big brother a pair of twins could ask for. We Love You!

Father and Son making their first batch of Root Beer. Tim was so happy to start this tradition because Root Beer was one of his Dad's favorite beverages.
They are still deciding on what the name of their first batch should be. It tasted awesome!
Tim picked up the boys' great Grandma on Saturday morning with Charlie - first stop coffee, next stop St. Peter. Grandma Millie was the honored guest of the weekend. We had a wonderful time hearing stories about the first time that Grandpa Rol kissed Grandma and how he proposed etc. It is by far my favorite thing to do with her! On Sunday we took her to Red Lobster for Mother's Day lunch and for Charlie's birthday. Before Tim and the boys took her back she told me that she felt like a queen all weekend. When Tim left her at home she told him that she felt "alive" with the boys this weekend. The weekend was a success. Until the next sleepover Grandma!!
